Bellway Homes built the majority of properties around the basin, and Berglen Court was the one of the first to go up in 1998. There are four blocks within Berglen Court, one of which
includes the Pinnacle I building, thought by many to include some of the most prestigious flats on the basin. As with most of the blocks on the basin, Berglen Court contains one, two and three bedroom flats and a number of well regarded penthouse units. Although the Berglen Court blocks are accessible from the street, an electronic fob is required to enter. The residents also have access to a private garden with seating area and water feature that overlook the Limehouse Basin. Secure gated parking is included with the majority of the properties, along with a daily porter, and 24hr security.
